Featured Weddings
Mr. and Mrs. Kyle Coby
Kyle and Jazzmone were married on St. Petersburg Beach Florida on May 15, 2009. Their reception followed in the Penthouse level ballroom at the Sirata Beach Resort. Thier ceremony was not without excitement. While Exquisite Events and the Sirata were closely watching the radar, large black storm clouds began to roll over the ceremony site.
Jazzmone stayed true to the course and insisted on holding her ceremony beachside. Because of the pending storm the audio equipment provided by the Sirata couldn't be set up so Exquisite Events provided their Bose sound system and go to IPOD. The music played, the bridal party marched and the bride walked beautifully down the aisle without a rain drop in sight. It was a perfect ceremony and exactly what the bride and groom envisioned.
While the bride and groom spent time on the beach with their photographer, Brooke Nichols, their guests took in the panoramic view of the gulf and intercoastal from the ballroom and enjoyed signature drinks and hors d'oeuvres. The Coby's guests also enjoyed hand rolled cigars from Tampa Classic Cigars. Cakes by Carolyn prepared a marvelous cake which was adorned by a custom chocolate topper, created by Schakolad Chocolate Factory, and chocolate sea shells.
Jazzmone and Kyle's colors were black, champagne and white. The colors blended beautifully, from the sheppard hooks holding glass bowls with black sand, white sea shells and tied with champagne colored tulle to the centerpieces of sand, shells and gold candles. The bridesmaids carried shells with flower arrangements which were placed in stands on the headtable for easy decoration.
Jazzmone and Kyle along with their friends and family partied into the evening and because they were staying at the Sirata they were able to carry the party into the early morning. They left for St. Martin/St. Maarten.
It was a pleasure working with Jazzmone and Kyle. From the moment I first took their call to the final hug of the night we were all a match made in heaven :)

This service is for the bride that has done her homework but just needs a little help with some of the details. This is an a la carte hourly service.
On-Site Management:
This service plan is for the on-site management for the day of your wedding only.This is for the bride who has the time and know how to plan her entire wedding but wants an experienced wedding planner to handle all the details on her special day.
A Day to Remember:
A Day To Remember is a wedding planning service for the bride who has already planned or wants to plan her wedding herself. Our wedding coordinator will consult with you as soon as possible to review the current plan, make suggestions regarding vendors that are still needed and provide assistance with further planning.
The Stellar Wedding Planning Package:
The Stellar Wedding is a full service wedding planning package. Nothing will be left to chance. We will meet with you at the very beginning and be by your side through the reception.

Unique favor and entertainment ideas
Photo Booths
Photo Booths are another great way to provide a favor as well as compile your guest book. They are a lot of fun for your guests and can be customized to fit your wedding style. Your guests can take their photos and leave you one for your guest book. It is a great way to remember your guests and it's a great deal more fun to look through later than a traditional guest book. It can even be made into a coffee table book. What a great addition to your home decor. Incorporate another favor idea by providing your guests with a key chain that will fit their picture. There are many companies that can provide photo booths for rent. You will need to search your area for more information.
Candy Stations
Not so new but a great idea is the candy station. This allows your guests to serve themselves from your candy station that you stock with unique and personal candies. For example, you can choose favorite candies from your childhood or even your parents' childhoods. You can choose candies based on the locale of your wedding. For example, if getting married in Florida citrus candies and salt water taffy make great choices.
Besides being a great favor for your guests that they are sure to enjoy - since they're selecting what they want- a candy station adds to the decor of your venue. You can choose candies, cupcakes, etc., to fit your color palate and use unique bowls, vases and other containers. By adding rich linens and floral arrangements you have created a focal point that pleases the eyes and taste buds.

For your destination beach weddings….beach jewelry. I saw a barefoot bride wearing a pearl wrap around her foot. The only way to describe it is…a pearl toe ring with pearls that continued up the top of foot and then wrapped around her ankle. So pretty!! See beachbridejewlery.com
Don’t feel tied to flowers that match the bride and bridesmaids bouquets. I saw a boutonniere that featured some pretty leaves, a Swarovski crystal and a branch or two beautifully pulled together and for the outdoors man, fishing lure, shell and other greenery…so apropos but stylish. Loved it! Featured in Brides Florida.
Have you ever thought of a spa party for your shower or bachelorette party? Why not try a mobile spa that can come to you? Instead of taking over a salon, call your favorite place and see if you can arrange them to come to you. There are mobile spas specifically for this purpose. If you can’t arrange it via your local spa or there isn’t a mobile spa operating in your area, try calling the bigger hotels they more than likely have people who will come to your home and are professionals. Hint: Don’t go to Craig’s List and hire their ummm, masseuses….you may be in for a surprise!
Need help coming up with a creative gift for your friends helping with the wedding, bridesmaids and groomsmen? A personalized gift is always unique and treasured. Spa bags with mani/pedi sets inside, robe or headbands to keep hair out of your face during a massage or facial is nice….make it Exquisite by personalizing it with their name on the bag.
